Alan Hayman

Alan Hayman is a self taught artist born and reared in Montrose, Angus. He drew continuously throughout his life. Through observation of the world around him, and experimentation with different media and techniques, he developed his own recognizable style. He now lives and works from his studio in Drimnin in Argyll where he continues to be inspired by the natural world around him.
